Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return.

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, a replacement print will be sent free of charge, delivery cost of replacement will be covered. Alternatively a full refund can be requested at this point. You will just need to contact us at return@sasrte.com with the order number and some images of the damaged print.

If a refund is requested for any other reason, the printing cost + 10% administration fee will be deducted and the difference will be refunded; any limited edition certificates must also be returned.
